For severely damaged items or those with special designs, the actual time required may vary.

 

COST RESPONSIBILITY

If a warranty claim or service request is confirmed to be dueto a product quality issue,we will provide a free replacement orrepair service, and we will cover all related processing fees and necessary shipping costs. For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
