Refund policy

Products purchased from the Bailanglobal.com online store may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must be in a resalable condition.

• Items with missing or damaged packaging boxes or bags, or returned in packaging other than the original box or bag;
• Any other circumstances that render the item incomplete or unsuitable for resale; or
• Items returned after the 14-day return period has expired.
